A market leader in underfloor heating and climate-building solutions is seeking a Technical Area Sales Manager to drive sales and support for its air source heating, underfloor heating, and domestic water systems. This is a critical hire following a recent resignation and offers the chance to join a growing UK renewables business with the backing of a major European group.
The Role
- Drive sales growth across the UK, focusing on air source, underfloor heating, and domestic water systems
- Build strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, housebuilders, and installers
- Deliver technical quotes, designs, site visits, and training
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and support
What You’ll Need
- Proven HVAC sales experience, ideally in air source and underfloor heating
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to engage at all levels
- Experience working with specifiers, contractors, and housebuilders
- Self-sufficient, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel nationally (home-based, ideally Midlands/North)
