I am currently recruiting for a Freelance Project Manager for a regional contractor for a new project near Bottisham, Cambs.

The Project & Role

The Project is a £5m Steel Frame Commercial New Build project with extensive externals and landscaping. Looking for a proven No1, client facing with responsibility for programme, design and commercial strategies.

Requirements

  • Valid CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
  • Proven track record in steel frame led design & build projects.
  • Valid UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
  • Available to start in next 4 weeks

Rate

£380-£400pd CIS or PAYE Umbrella
