We’re working with a leading provider of cutting-edge temporary security solutions, supporting construction, infrastructure, and vacant property projects across the UK. Our client is expanding and now looking for a driven and dynamic Business Development Executive to join their growing field sales team. This opportunity will be perfect for someone looking to expand their field sales career in security and develop.

The Role:

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the construction, property, and related sectors.
  • Meeting clients on-site and delivering tailored security solutions to suit their project needs.
  • Managing the full sales process from lead generation through to deal closure.
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Some account management responsibilities.
  • Work in collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery on customer projects.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has proven success in B2B field sales - If you come from Security, construction, property or a field-based sales role we want to speak with you!
  • Has a genuine interest and passion to learn about security.
  • Is self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excels at building rapport and turning conversations into commercial opportunities.
  • Able to build and generate a list of potential customers from mapping an area/catchment of potential clients; leads do come into the business, but this is a hunter role.
  • Holds a full UK driving licence and is willing to travel within a defined territory.
