We’re partnering with a growing B2B SaaS company at the intersection of data, automation, and enterprise software. Their platform helps clients streamline complex business workflows by leveraging actionable insights, intelligent automation, and scalable data services.
They’re expanding their product function and looking for a Lead Product Owner to focus on data and AI-powered capabilities. This is a strategic but hands-on role where you’ll work across multiple squads, helping to shape how data is captured, structured, and delivered across their platform. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Data, and Commercial teams to drive forward key initiatives, from integrating machine learning into core services to improving how data is surfaced to end users.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own the roadmap for data-centric features, automation tooling, and system integrations
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to turn complex requirements into clear, prioritised workstreams
- Drive the development of internal data products and APIs that power analytics and automation
- Support the introduction of AI/ML where it adds genuine user or business value
- Lead a small team of Product Owners or contribute to developing their capabilities
- Maintain clear metrics, prioritisation logic, and communication across stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
- Product management experience in data, analytics, automation, or platform environments
- Familiarity with technical tools like Postman, APIs, SQL, or data visualisation tools
- Experience working with backend teams, ideally in a B2B or SaaS context
- Understanding of how AI or LLMs can be applied to data transformation or decision-making workflows
- Experience mentoring others or leading on cross-team delivery
Location & Ways of Working:
Hybrid role; typically 1–2 days a week in their London office. The team works with a good degree of autonomy and values pragmatic problem-solving over red tape.
Benefits include:
- 25+ days annual leave, plus wellness days and birthday off
- Health and wellbeing benefits
- Learning and development support
- A collaborative, delivery-minded culture with regular meetups and events
