We are looking for a Senior New Business & Marketing Executive! The role in brief… As the landscape of new business continues to evolve and change, so too does the role of senior new business and marketing executive. Inbound activity continues to be of utmost importance but there is now a greater focus on outbound and lead generation. This role requires attention on all pieces of the growth puzzle.
On a macro level, your job will be to support in ensuring pitches are run smoothly and supported at every stage of the journey. It will also be to carry out gap analysis exercises and support on the creation and execution of prospecting plans and contact strategies to bring in new clients with marketing initiatives and communications that include events and thought pieces.
You will be joining a close-knit team that work hard but have fun whilst they do it. We are non-hierarchical and non-precious. We get stuck in whatever the ask and we support each other.

Having already had some exposure to New Business/Marketing, you’ll have real drive and ambition. With a passion for learning, you’ll be willing to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in, no matter what the brief. You’ll be a strong communicator and a natural leader. A person who can galvanize teams and inspire people at all levels across all disciplines. A focused and determined individual who remains calm and positive at all times and especially when the going gets tough. Adding to the agency and bringing a buzz around new business, you’ll bring fresh thinking, and a combination of creative and commercially focused credentials.
