Data Careers, a Midlands based successful and growing IT/Tech/Data/Digital Recruitment services company, are looking to recruit an experienced Recruiter with a background in IT/Tech/Data/Digital to own relationships with key client stakeholders and deliver contract & permanent recruitment solutions to these clients.
- Own the relationships with a number of key clients and deliver solutions to these clients (Contract and/or Perm).
- Dive into our network of UK clients, flexing your charm and showing them why we’re the real deal when it comes to scaling up their tech & data teams.
- Build relationships with clients, understanding their needs inside out, and making sure we’re always one step ahead.
- Get stuck into the UK & Data tech scene - from events to webinars.
Skills required:
- Proven Recruitment experience within the IT/Tech/Data/Digital space.
- Proven experience managing relationships with key stakeholders within clients.
- A passion for connecting with candidates and staying on top of the latest recruiting trends.
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and an open mind.
- An ability to stay organised, detail-oriented, and self-driven.
