The role covers either Scotland and Northern Ireland OR the North of England and the Midlands, requiring travel across these regions.
The P&O Cruises Sales team aims to make P&O Britain’s #1 holiday choice. Working with trade partners, we deliver top guest experiences and seamless bookings. As Partnerships Development Manager, you will support account management for a portfolio of travel agent partners, developing revenue and business opportunities. This role involves:
- Seeking and evaluating new partnership opportunities to expand distribution for P&O Cruises
- Developing and monitoring sales plans to meet profit targets
- Managing monthly budget reconciliation, accruals, and forecasts for agencies
This is a full-time, permanent position at CUK08 level. Extensive UK and overseas travel is required, and a full UK driving license is necessary.
