We now have opportunities for individuals to work for a manufacturer based in Leicester. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the goods in and out, ensuring all paperwork is correct and maintaining inventory.

The Goods in/Out Operative Role:

  • Picking/Packing
  • Palletising/wrapping
  • Dealing with administration for both goods in and out
  • Unloading/loading
  • Responsible for the location, allocation and movement of materials/products to fulfil all internal and external customer orders and outgoing shipments
  • Carry out racking inspections
  • General housekeeping and ensuring all equipment, tools and materials are secured safely
  • Flexible in working within production where needed

The Goods in/Out Operative Candidate:

  • Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as successfully within a team
  • Good understanding of Health & Safety at Work regulations
  • Valid Counterbalance Licence
  • Knowledgeable with MS Office packages.
