About Our Client: They specialise in high-quality shopfitting and interior installation projects across the UK. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a driven and focused Project/Labour Co-ordinator to join our Swadlincote-based team and help support the smooth delivery of our fast-paced projects.

The Role: As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the coordination of site labour, working closely with project managers, accounts, and our site teams to ensure every job runs efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Allocate workers to shopfitting projects across the UK
  • Maintain live tracking of worker placements, site progress, and project timelines
  • Act as a point of contact between labour teams, project managers, and the accounts department
  • Keep accurate records of hours worked and job details for payroll and invoicing
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and right-to-work documentation
  • Assist in workforce planning and forecasting upcoming labour needs
  • Monitor ongoing work and report back on performance and project updates
  • Flag any delays or resourcing issues early and proactively resolve them
