Morgan McKinley is looking for French or Spanish speakers for a great Customer Services type role. Full training is provided. The French or Spanish speaking Customer Service support job opportunities to start ASAP and will be working for a great company based in East Grinstead, West Sussex.
Hours: 35 hours a week - Shift work including some weekends

Customer Service duties:
- Manage all incoming and outgoing customer telephone calls and emails
- Maintain a clear and complete record of each assistance case and follow through on all cases to completion.
- Checking of customer records, notes and invoices
- Advise customers and answer queries regarding their claims
Skills & Experience:
- Ideally have some Customer Service skills and experience
- High level of organisation required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in French or Spanish
