As Senior Content Creator, you’ll sit at the heart of the B2B marketing team, owning our social and content strategy and leading the creation of best-in-class video, social, and email content. From planning, shooting and editing on-brand video and developing assets in close collaboration with our in-house designer, you’ll help us stand out to the brands and marketers we want to work with and drive engagement from awareness through to conversion. The role will work closely with our Senior Marketing Manager and Executive Marketing Director across the EMEA region and occasionally, Globally, to deliver output for the Influencer B2B brand.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Social Media: Lead our B2B content strategy across LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram, aligning content with our communication pillars. Coordinate and lead marketing content ideation sessions. Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for social ranging from behind-the-scenes culture clips to thought leadership and campaign case studies. Own our content calendar, ensuring consistent and engaging storytelling across all platforms. Spot and adapt cultural, platform, and creator trends to keep our content fresh and relevant. Brief and manage creators and internal staff as needed.
- Email Marketing & Website Upkeep: Own the email marketing function: planning, content creation, segmentation, and reporting. Write and design regular B2B newsletters, and audience-specific updates. Test and optimize for open rates, CTRs, and engagement. Able to upload and make edits to parts of the website based on new report releases, comms uploads etc.
- Account-Based Marketing: Work collaboratively with our Senior Marketing Manager on key accounts across the business including platform partners like TikTok, Snap and Youtube, owning projects that sit beneath them to release the full potential of client specific work including: content, events and comms. Support sales outreach and nurturing with relevant comms support / content. Collaborate closely with client and sales teams to align on goals and execution.
What you will need:
- 5+ years' experience in a content or social marketing role, ideally with a strong B2B focus.
- Confident shooter and editor, capable of producing professional short-form video with a modern, native-social feel, and know how to make B2B content entertaining, smart, and shareable.
- Strong understanding of social platforms (especially LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram) and how to tailor content for each.
- Excellent B2B copywriting and storytelling skills - able to turn insights and ideas into engaging content.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and an eye for brand storytelling.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Mailchimp) and basic performance analysis.
- Comfortable owning multiple content streams and managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident stakeholder manager, able to manage key people internally to create the best content.
