Contract Role Responsibilities:
- Build project governance, including documentation and acting as PMO.
- Lead trading control enhancements, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Support governance frameworks and control standards across teams.
- Collaborate with RAC, traders, risk, and operational teams for control implementation.
- Review and improve control standards with NFR.
- Maintain a trading control inventory.
- Report progress, risks, and milestones to senior management.
- Ensure initiatives meet UK regulatory standards and risk management best practices.
- Assist BAU team with documentation and training materials.
Requirements:
- Proven project management experience in investment banking or financial services.
