What You'll Do: In this role, you will lead the measurement strategy at Criteo. Your mission is to reimagine how we provide best-in-class cross-channel measurement and reporting, enabling advertisers to make data-driven decisions and optimize their campaigns effectively. You'll be the driving force behind developing innovative measurement solutions that seamlessly integrate data across diverse sources. Your goal is to change how advertisers understand and improve their marketing spending through measurement. Concretely, you will:
- Define the vision of measurement, and 12+ month roadmap
- Develop a deep understanding of how measurement use cases are accomplished, how core marketing tools are used, understand methodologies and their impact on Criteo campaigns measurement and optimization
- Architect a unified measurement framework that captures the impact of cross channel Criteo advertising
- Support the execution of innovative measurement that amplifies our narrative, and positions Criteo as a part of the marketing mix to advertisers
- Build the right tools and APIs. Steer our product towards more interoperable, connected sets of APIs that marketers can leverage in or out of Criteo ecosystem
- Rally the organization around the vision and execute against the roadmap
- Communicate broadly, internally and externally, about our Measurement capabilities, how it works, and promote it
Who You Are:
- Experience leading complex strategic initiatives, proven ability to bring new products to market
- Experience in digital advertisement strategy (i.e., agency or industry)
- Familiar with the ad measurement landscape and the primary vendors, products and services that advertisers use to measure performance, and how it all works from a technical perspective
- Extensive knowledge of digital media measurement (e.g., cross-channel measurement, incrementally, attribution media mix modeling...)
- Relevant experience in Product Management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, to convince, influence and engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to set and achieve goals
