Do you possess proven experience closing six-figure consulting and technology deals in the collections and recoveries space? Are you a natural at opening high-level conversations with C-suite decision-makers?
If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are looking for a proactive new-business expert to take charge of Arum’s go-to-market strategy for the Energy, Water and Telco sectors. This full-time, permanent role reports directly to the SVP of Global Sales. You will work remotely (UK-based), with occasional travel to clients, events and our Nottingham HQ.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and lead the go-to-market strategy for the Energy, Water and Telco verticals
- Build and maintain a self-sourced pipeline of opportunities to meet and exceed annual sales targets
- Hold C-suite level meetings and discovery sessions, turning pain points into value-led propositions
- Lead the design of tailored solutions and oversee proposal development through to contract signature
- Negotiate terms that maximise value and manage commercial risk
- Keep accurate pipeline and forecasting data in HubSpot
- Act as the main contact between prospects and Arum’s delivery teams, ensuring smooth handovers
- Represent Arum at events and contribute to market-facing campaigns with our marketing team
- Follow all compliance standards including ISO and GDPR requirements
- Share insights and feedback to inform future product and strategy planning
- Other assigned duties.

- Strong direct prospecting and qualified lead skills
- Demonstrate a proven track record in business-to-business solution-selling and complex, client focused environments from the Collections & Recoveries industry (Essential)
- Have a network of warm relationships at decision-maker / influencer level within the Collections, Recoveries & Credit Risk industry (Essential)
- Experience securing and leading C-level meetings and sales presentations with prospective clients and closing deals using a consultative-selling approach at both mid and higher management levels.
- Experience of selling professional services is desirable
- Experience of Collections and Recoveries platforms and/or Billing platforms from vendors such as Gentrack, Kraken, Salesforce, C&R Software, CGI, FICO, Exus, Telrock is desirable.
