Job Title: Warehouse Administrator (Temp to Perm) Location: B98 Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm (1-hour unpaid lunch) Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and organised Warehouse Administrator to join our client’s busy operations team based in B98. This temp-to-perm opportunity is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail, looking to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities: Accurately input orders into internal systems and ensure the warehouse team receives timely and correct information. Generate and issue pick tickets and labels for outbound orders. Support the Office Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks, including responding to emails and following up on outstanding queries. Maintain stock accuracy by managing all stock transactions within the system. Monitor and manage stock movements, ensuring up-to-date availability and records. Liaise with internal departments to support smooth warehouse and office operations.Key Requirements: Previous experience in a warehouse or administrative role preferred. Strong IT and data entry skills (experience with stock management or ERP systems is a plus). Excellent communication and organisational abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. A proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate of £12.21.
