Senior Estate Surveyor

Local authority in London are looking for a senior estates surveyor for an intial period of three months to join their commercial property team. Purpose of the role: The Property & Estates Team co-ordinate and deliver a comprehensive Estates Management Service in managing and developing key assets including the commercial portfolio, strategic land holdings and development sites, ensuring that the Council’s financial returns are optimised and long-term interest is safeguarded in accordance with the Development and Asset Management Strategies. – 3 month rolling contract – £400 – £450 a day – Inside IR35 – Hybrid If you would like to discuss the role further please apply for the role and one of the property team will give you a call
