The Artist Partnership team collaborates globally and locally with artists, managers, and labels to leverage TikTok's promotional and marketing power, helping artists succeed on the platform, in music streaming, hit charts, and brand collaborations.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Operation for Monetization Projects: Take charge of product operation in monetization projects. Analyze product features and market needs, create and execute strategies to enhance product performance. Monitor product operation data using data analysis tools to identify issues and optimization points, adjusting plans to meet profit goals.
  • Agency Collaboration: Communicate closely with partner agencies, build and maintain long-term relationships, coordinate internal resources for smooth project progress. Develop plans to onboard new agency clients, discover potential clients through market research and industry events. Handle negotiations, contracts, and onboarding processes, providing professional services for a smooth start.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, resource allocation, and risk monitoring.
