thefutureworks is currently recruiting a reliable and motivated Cleaner to join the team at Coventry University's Scarborough Campus. The role is part time, 17.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 3:30pm - 7:00pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out daily cleaning tasks across the campus, including communal areas, stairwells, corridors, and lift entrances.
- Empty waste bins and dispose of rubbish at designated collection points.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and materials in line with work schedules and agreed standards.
- Clean a variety of surfaces, fixtures, and fittings using correct methods.
- Report any issues or concerns to the Domestic Team Leader.
- Adhere to all COSHH and Health & Safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Experience in a range of manual cleaning tasks.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong team player.
- Good communication skills.
- Commitment to excellent customer service.
