Our properties offer guests an authentic Highland experience, combining warm hospitality with incredible landscapes, local produce, and immersive cultural heritage. From boutique lodges to grand country houses, each of our hotels reflects the charm and spirit of its location.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Group Sales Manager to join our growing team. This hybrid role is based partly from home and partly from our hub at Lochardil House in Inverness, so applicants must live within a reasonable commuting distance. You will play a key role in growing revenue across our hotel portfolio by driving corporate, group, and leisure sales, developing strong client relationships, and identifying new opportunities to build awareness of our brand. You will work closely with the commercial and reservations teams to deliver against business goals, with a focus on lead generation, account management, conversion, and business development.

The role also includes a dotted reporting line from the Sales & Events Coordinator at Lochardil House, who will work with you to help convert event sales leads and support the delivery of event-driven business. This is a part-time position, initially offered at three days per week, with flexibility on which days are worked.

You will be a confident communicator and proactive relationship builder, ideally with experience in the hospitality, travel, or tourism sectors. A natural self-starter, you are as comfortable in face-to-face meetings as you are delivering creative sales campaigns. You’ll be motivated by targets and passionate about showcasing the best of the Highlands to a range of audiences including travel agents, group organisers, and corporate clients.

You will need to demonstrate:

  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to convert leads and manage a pipeline
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to plan and manage time independently in a hybrid role
  • A passion for hospitality, customer experience, and the Scottish Highlands

Salary: Circa £50,000 pro-rata per annum, dependent on experience

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Location: Hybrid – home working and from Lochardil House, Inverness
