Job Responsibilities/Required Skills:
- Plans, directs, and controls technical and administrative activities for the program.
- Manages effort and develops program strategies and tactics.
- Oversees operational planning, execution, and evaluation of related subprograms.
- Develops and maintains strategic plans.
- Serves as the principal liaison to the government and provides technical guidance.
- Develops methods to monitor risk, compliance, and assurance efforts.
- Oversees daily operations and research of mission systems.
- Ensures staffing of qualified personnel to support the task order requirements.
- Reviews and audits IT programs, keeping the government informed on project status.
Requires knowledge of cybersecurity, networking, protocols, risk management, and performance indicators. Must collaborate effectively with others. MS/MA in relevant fields with 10 years’ experience or BA/BS with 12 years’ experience. Clearance to Top Secret required.
