We are currently supporting a well-regarded Public Sector organisation in the East of England in their search for an Organisational Design Specialist on an interim basis. This role will play a key part in supporting the organisation’s wider OD and transformation agenda. A particular focus will be the design and development of a cultural dashboard, so experience in this area will be essential. The successful candidate will bring insight and expertise to help shape how cultural data is gathered, tracked, and interpreted across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support organisational design initiatives to align structure, capability, and culture.
- Lead the development of a cultural dashboard – ensuring it provides meaningful insights that inform decision-making.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders across HR and transformation functions.
- Contribute to change and transformation programmes by aligning design principles with organisational objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in organisational design, ideally within the public sector or similar complex environments.
- Demonstrable experience in designing or contributing to the development of cultural dashboards or similar measurement frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to operate at pace.
- Comfortable working in hybrid environments – 1 day per week on site (with flexibility for more if required).
