Are you an HR professional with a passion for employee benefits? Our award-winning client is looking for a Benefits Specialist to manage and enhance their benefits programmes, ensuring they align with company strategy and employee needs.

The Role

  • Coordinate core benefits such as healthcare, pensions, and leave, while analysing market data and supporting global surveys.
  • Lead employee communications on benefits, ensure legal compliance, and contribute to future expansion into European markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage UK employee benefits programmes.
  • Analyse and benchmark benefits data via industry surveys.
  • Support cost modelling and propose enhancements to existing policies.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external providers on benefit delivery.
  • Communicate benefit updates clearly and effectively to employees.
  • Ensure compliance with UK regulations and prepare for future EU expansion.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in HR or benefits-focused role.
  • Understanding of UK benefits and employment regulations.
  • Knowledge of EU benefit markets is preferred.
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills; HRIS experience is preferred.
