Job Title: Administrative Coordinator Location: Lenwade Salary: £30,000 Our client has 25+ years of dedicated experience in the drainage and utilities industry. Their core focus is on supplying and fitting reliable sewage treatment units, drainage and utilities and pump stations, tailored to cater to the needs of both individual homeowners and property developers. The Administrative Coordinator will play a crucial role in Supporting our team. The Role Our client are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to support our growing team. Based at their office near Lenwade, you’ll play a key role in managing administrative processes, preparing quotes, handling financial data through Xero, and supporting tender submissions and project tracking. This is a full-time office-based role ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a flexible, team-oriented attitude. Key Responsibilities Quotation Preparation: Draft, format, and issue quotes to clients in coordination with project leads. * Financial Admin: Use Xero to manage invoicing, expense tracking, and purchase orders. * Data Management: Maintain and update spreadsheets for internal tracking and reporting. * Tender Assistance: Support the team in preparing documentation for public and private sector tenders. * Document Filing: Maintain orderly records and digital filing systems. * Team Correspondence: Communicate regularly with team members, including project updates and scheduling. * Project Management Support Skills & Experience Proven administrative or coordinator experience Comfortable using software like Xero, Excel, and cloud-based project tools Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to manage workload independently and proactively Attention to detail and accuracy Desirable: Experience supporting tender/bid submissions Familiarity with construction, engineering, or technical industries Technique-Recruitment Solutions Ltd is a proud equal opportunities employer, dedicated and specialist to the engineering and manufacturing industries.
