Overview
Product Manager – Brand Partnerships. Location: Bury St Edmunds / Hybrid. Reports To: Product & Brand Lead. Join a leading UK distributor and help bring top non-food FMCG brands to life across major retailers and wholesalers. We’re looking for a commercially minded Product Manager to own brand relationships and manage the full product lifecycle—from onboarding and launches to pricing, promotions, and in-market execution. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, and Marketing to deliver success across key accounts like Tesco, Boots, and top wholesalers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage supplier relationships and align on UK commercial goals
- Lead product onboarding, launches, and lifecycle updates
- Support retail and wholesale strategies with tailored plans
- Coordinate with internal teams and external marketing agencies
- Use performance insights to inform planning and forecasting
What We\’re Looking For
- FMCG experience, ideally in health, beauty, or household
- Strong understanding of the UK retail and wholesale landscape (must have experience selling into retailers such as Tesco, Boots, etc.)
- Confident with data, pricing, promotions, and product launches
- Organised, adaptable, and a great team player
