Electro-Mechanical Engineer Brighton | Full-Time | c£38000 for a 4.5 day week Hunters\’ client, a leading innovator in IT hardware and industrial automation, is looking for a skilled Electro-Mechanical Engineer to join their growing engineering team. This is a hands-on role where design, cost optimisation, and commercial awareness meet—perfect for an engineer who wants their work to have real business impact. Electro-Mechanical Engineer The Role Create accurate cost estimates for complex electro-mechanical systems Generate and review Bills of Materials (BOMs) Support sales & procurement with competitive quotations Provide technical input into product development & cost optimisation Collaborate with manufacturing teams, offering support & training Electro-Mechanical Engineer About You Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering Industry experience Skilled in BOM generation, costing, and quotations ERP & CAD proficiency (SolidWorks, AutoCAD ideal) Strong communicator and team player Jazzy bits 25 days holiday + 8 public holidays.
