Harris Hill are delighted to be working with an international children’s charity to recruit a Telemarketing Manager who will provide operational as well as technical expertise and guidance in order to deliver effective agency led campaigns. This important role is accountable for ensuring the successful day-to-day delivery of our telemarketing programme through the continued development of our telemarketing supporter recruitment, upgrade, and retention programs to drive income growth from individual supporters.
Your key responsibilities in this role will include:
- Driving successful telemarketing programmes, planning and executing telemarketing campaigns which attract, upgrade, retain & winback supporters using insight.
- Managing telemarketing agencies in collaboration with internal teams, overseeing day-to-day interactions with multiple key external and internal stakeholders.
- Leading the implementation of the telemarketing compliance and safeguarding program.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to monitor the program effectively and maintain and uphold standards.
- Driving campaign delivery through innovation and a continuous data-led test and learn approach to optimise performance.
The ideal candidate will have experience of:
- Managing the delivery of end-to-end high performing recruitment, upgrade and retention telemarketing campaigns.
- An in-depth understanding of the telemarketing landscape and different agency models.
- Designing and delivering exceptional training to drive engagement and action.
- Effectively managing external telemarketing agencies.
- Knowledge and experience of the compliance environment for charity marketing.
This is a hybrid role that requires work from the central London Head office a minimum of 1 day a week. This role may also require occasional travel across the UK to meet with regional teams.
