We have a position for a full-time assistant cheesemaker on our small family-run 120-cow herd on the Isle of Mull. This is a physically active job involving cheese production. Accommodation is available on the farm. Immediate start.
Job Length: Could be permanent for the right candidate.
Accommodation: House that can sleep 4 with an open living room, kitchen, bathroom, and two double beds in separate rooms. Central heating downstairs, electric heaters upstairs, and a fireplace downstairs.
Pay: £12.67 per hour, minus £200/month rent.

About us: We are a family-run dairy farm on the Isle of Mull, milking 120 dairy cows and producing cheese. We also have a small pig enterprise, an onsite farm shop, and a seasonal cafe. Our cheese is high quality, produced from start to finish on our farm, and sold mainly wholesale across the UK, including in speciality cheese shops, delis, farm shops, and some top restaurants. We have a 40-year history of award-winning cheese making, committed to quality, happy animals, and sustainable practices.
