The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

Reporting to the International Payroll Operations Manager based in the UK. Processing and reviewing multiple monthly payroll cycles covering UK, Luxembourg, Sweden, Denmark, Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Dubai, and Spain (more than 1200 employees); using ADP IHCM, Netsecure, Streamline, and Freedom. Ensuring employees in all jurisdictions are paid in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with best practices. Ensuring correct payroll information is sent to payroll providers and checked appropriately, ensuring information processed is accurate and correct. Working with finance/treasury to ensure monthly funding is sent and in place to ensure employee and relevant tax payments are made on time; assisting with financial analysis and reconciliations. Assisting with reconciliation of the month-end payroll, pension contributions, and stock options via Workday interface and EquiTrax portal. Acting as the first point of contact for employee queries from all EMEA countries and resolving them in a timely and accurate manner using Salesforce and myHR portal (Payroll and Tier 2). Working with regional payroll providers on year-end documents to ensure timely delivery to employees. Partnering with HR, Finance, Legal, and Audit to ensure a smooth payroll process. Ensuring payroll process documents are up-to-date and amended as required in collaboration with the International Payroll Operations Manager. Participating in ad hoc projects related to new country implementations, system transformations, and payroll processes. Assisting in improving Workday reporting and designing automated reconciliation templates.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive work experience demonstrating proficiency in processing UK payroll from input to reconciliation.
  • Experience working on EMEA payrolls, including input and reconciliation.
  • High proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with a wide range of individuals across the business.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise professional judgment for escalation when required.
  • Proven multi-tasking abilities and a proactive approach.

Desirable but not essential:

  • Experience with ADP Freedom and SPM platforms.
  • Experience within the Financial Services sector.
