At Saint-Gobain Interior Solutions, we are looking for a talent Technical Advisor to join our technical support team. The team focuses on providing our market leading, bespoke and credible solutions to our customers, specifiers and our internal staff.

As part of the role you will be demonstrating technical competency with our stakeholders, providing advice that is delivered to the highest standards, whilst also being in a timely and accurate manner. This is a full-time office-based role out of our East Leake office.

What you will be doing:

  • Creating relationships with allocated key partnerships or market sectors to deliver technical support solutions and services to meet required service level agreements
  • Demonstrates the relevant level of technical competence to carry out the role efficiently
  • Understanding of the market and exploring ways of understanding customers' needs
  • Providing general and bespoke technical advice to allocated customers both externally and internally
  • Keeping abreast of the latest technical and legislative changes related to all products and systems across the business

What we're looking for:

  • You will be someone who can work well within a team, possessing great communication skills both written and spoken.
  • You’ll have a keen interest in Construction, preferably have worked in a technical environment previously
  • You’ll be able to identify problems, solving them in a timely manner whilst also being able to prioritise enquiries
  • Willingness to learn, and upskill - as the role requires knowledge of changing standards/regulations there will be a constant requirement to learn new information
