About The Role & Team: As a Business Development Manager, you will be a key player in our Sales Support Team, working closely with regional sales leads to drive engagement with airports and airlines across Europe, Israel, Cuba, Russia, and Astana. Your role blends aviation operational expertise and a consultative mindset, supporting presales activities and shaping impactful solutions in the domains of Airport Operations and Sustainability. You will help our clients imagine “to-be” scenarios that optimize processes, reduce environmental impact, and embrace future-ready technology.
What You Will Do:
- Be the single point of contact for one of our core Airport Operations products.
- Collaborate hand-in-hand with sales leads to support ongoing deals and close opportunities.
- Actively generate and qualify new opportunities with strategic airport and airline clients.
- Guide customers through process transformation initiatives, focusing on operational efficiency and automation.
- Train and onboard customers on the use and value of our solutions.
- Understand clients’ IT and operational environments and help lead the move toward cloud-based services.
- Represent the voice of the customer internally to improve our offering and approach.
Qualifications: WHO YOU ARE:
- Fluent English speaking (we require a comfortable business speaking level).
- Aviation know-how is a must-have, particularly on Operations at Airports.
- Candidates must be familiar with the following processes: ACDM, Turnaround Management, Total Airport management, Resource Optimization.
- A natural consultative seller, able to listen deeply and shape value-driven solutions.
- A professional with solid aviation knowledge, particularly in airport operations, ground handling, and passenger flow.
- Technically minded, with the ability to quickly grasp complex systems and communicate them effectively.
- Adaptable in communication style, able to engage stakeholders from the C-suite to operations.
- Fluent in English, with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
