Join a forward-looking private healthcare provider as they advance their digital transformation journey. This is a hands-on, mid-senior leadership role overseeing both day-to-day IT operations and strategic system initiatives. You will lead a cross-functional team across infrastructure, security, applications, and development, while driving major enterprise technology rollouts including ERP and HRMS. As part of the senior IT leadership team, you’ll play a critical role in delivering high-impact projects, strengthening governance and compliance frameworks, and enhancing the organisation’s digital maturity across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Director in defining and executing technology goals aligned with business needs
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery and maintenance of infrastructure, applications, and security operations
  • Lead the rollout of enterprise platforms (ERP and HRMS) and ensure timely progress on project milestones
  • Manage a team of IT professionals across infra, security, applications, and development functions
  • Review and strengthen SOPs, policies, and internal IT controls for governance and audit readiness
  • Drive service delivery standards, vendor performance, and IT procurement processes
  • Maintain compliance with data privacy and operational regulations
  • Prepare documentation and lead internal/external audit responses
  • Serve as Acting IT Head in the absence of the Director, supporting senior leadership reporting
  • Foster a people- and task-oriented team culture with ongoing coaching and development

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of IT experience, with 5+ years in team leadership
  • Proven track record managing infrastructure and business applications concurrently
  • Hands-on experience in project delivery, especially ERP/HRMS systems
  • PMP or CITPM certification preferred
  • Working knowledge of IT governance, controls, and compliance standards
  • Strong people management and vendor coordination experience
  • Able to balance strategy and operations, with clear communication to stakeholders
  • Background in healthcare domain is advantageous but not essential
