As the Senior Quantity Surveyor you’ll take full ownership of cost control and commercial management on a major phased development in Wigan. Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager, you’ll lead QS activities across multiple packages—ensuring profitability, timely invoicing, and effective subcontractor engagement. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review interim valuations, forecasts and final accounts for multiple project phases.
- Lead contract administration, variations and risk management in line with procurement strategy.
