Key Duties
- Product Promotion and Sales: Promote and sell spine orthopedic products to surgeons, hospitals, and medical professionals, ensuring a deep understanding of product features and benefits to drive sales.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing ongoing support and addressing any concerns related to product usage and performance.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct live product demonstrations in clinical settings, including hospital theatres, ensuring medical staff understand the correct use, advantages, and potential outcomes of the products.
- Business Development: Identify and target potential new clients within the assigned territory, expanding the customer base and increasing market penetration.
- Product Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training to surgeons, medical staff, and hospital representatives on the proper use, care, and maintenance of spine orthopedic products.
- Market Research and Territory Management: Track and monitor sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends in the assigned territory to adjust strategies and meet sales goals.
