Hybrid: Office based during training and then 3/2 split.
JGA are partnered with an established and growing business, who have a newly created Payroll Administrator vacancy to support the wider payroll team on day-to-day processing of payroll for a portfolio of clients.
Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for various clients.
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
- Liaising on payroll and associated queries.
- Handle client data and prepare reports.
- Maintain accurate and concise record systems.
- Provide administrative support.
- Deal with ad hoc queries.
Experience:
- You have at least 2 yearsβ experience in a similar role.
- End to end payroll experience.
- Experience processing multiple payrolls.
- You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- You have excellent soft skills and customer service skills.
- Positive in your attitude.
- Flexible with an ability to manage a number of tasks at the same time and meet deadlines.
- Resilient and able to work well with your team.
