Brio digital are currently supporting a well-regarded consultancy who are on the lookout for a Release & System Administrator who has experience with Power Apps and Dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate the release, deployment, and maintenance of Power Apps and Dynamics 365 environments.
- Monitor system performance, resolve technical issues, and implement improvements.
- Oversee system upgrades, patches, and updates to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
- Collaborate with development teams to manage deployments and ensure the smooth release of new features and functionalities.
- Maintain system security, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions to ensure secure and appropriate access to the systems.
- Provide technical support and training to end users and resolve system-related queries.
- Proven experience in Power Apps and Dynamics 365 administration.
- Strong understanding of release management processes and system performance monitoring.
- Familiarity with Azure and other Microsoft platforms is a plus.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
