The Opportunity

Our client provides high quality event services across Europe for a wide range of event types, including conferences, awards dinners, product launches, hybrid and streaming events and corporate parties. They are looking for someone with several years of events experience as a Production Manager and with good technical ability. You will be able to design and specify all aspects of an event, including equipment requirements, stage layout and set design.

  • Have experience of using design tools such as AutoCad LT and/or Vectorworks.
  • Be fully conversant with using MS Office apps including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
  • Organising detailed logistics and procuring multiple suppliers for an event.
  • Health and Safety documentation, completion and distribution.
  • Co-ordination of all of the production team during, and prior to, an event.
  • Articulate and able to interface between the client and the rest of the production team.
  • Willing to travel and work flexible hours, to suit specific event requirements.
  • Have a full UK driving licence.

Based in the West Midlands, salary is DOE but circa £45k-£50k plus generous bonuses, company vehicle, pension and health care.

Your skills and experience

  • Ideally specific technical background in Sound, Video or Lighting with experience of setting up and operating one or more of these on shows.
  • Creative experience with graphic design or video production.
