- 1x Family Support Worker - Day shifts
- 1x Family Support Worker - Night shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Support families in developing parenting and life skills.
- Safeguard children and ensure a safe, nurturing environment.
- Monitor, record, and report on family progress as part of assessments.
- Work collaboratively with social workers and other professionals.
- Support families in attending appointments and family contact sessions.
- Complete parenting sessions and day-to-day support tasks.
- Participate in team meetings, supervisions, and training.
- Work on a 24-hour shift rota (including weekends and bank holidays).
- Undertake domestic duties as required.
