Our client, an exciting new British Bank, is seeking several commercially focused Regional Development Directors to join their growing team in the North West and Yorkshire. Based in Manchester and Leeds, your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities through an established introducer network within your designated territory.

Since most of the business will be broker-led, you will need to actively source new business by establishing, maintaining, and growing relationships with key sector organizations and professional intermediaries. The bank offers traditional Business Banking services along with a suite of commercial lending products, including Property Finance, commercial mortgages, and working capital. As Property Finance is a key focus area for the bank, applications from individuals with skills in structuring complex lending applications in this sector will be viewed favorably.
