Responsibilities

  • Working as part of a team to cover UK/European/Asia/US markets, so flexibility around hours will be required.
  • Executing client orders on a TT Front end Platform.
  • Creating liquidity by obtaining dealing prices and interests from clients for the desk.
  • Developing and enhancing existing client relationships through identifying client needs and building strong working relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Demonstrating a high level of product and market knowledge to provide a professional and profitable service to the firm's clients, with extensive knowledge of market data systems.
  • Having a firm understanding of compliance regulations and FCA requirements, including market practices and compliance regulations related to products.
  • Adhering to relevant risks and controls, including risk limits, onboarding only serviced clients, and following key controls impacting the business.
  • Keeping abreast of market and regulatory developments related to their product area.

Personal Attributes

  • Must have previous broking experience, ideally 2-3 years minimum.
  • Experience in the Futures and Options Market.
  • Must have NFA Series 3 qualification.
  • CISI Regulations & Derivatives qualification.
