Full P&L responsibility of the global unit.

Develop a strong understanding of the markets, customers, and products to drive strategic commercial decisions fueling growth.

Provide overall strategic management, direction, and leadership of the division across all core functions.

Create and sustain an environment and culture that drives accelerated growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Ensure strategic direction aligns with the overall segment being accountable for the overall performance of the division.

Develop and execute a cohesive growth strategy for inorganic and organic growth focusing on high growth and profitable market segments.

Work with the Divisional President and overall segment on integrating future acquired companies that align with the business unit.

Establish and implement an organizational structure in alignment with the strategic vision that supports the current organization and future state regarding customers, operations, commercial, etc.

Work with global leadership teams and operations to drive operational improvements for best in class production and quality.

Work closely with functional heads contributing to contract negotiations, costing, pricing, and other related commercial activities.

Develop annual operating budget, forecasts, and lead quarterly and annual reviews.

Implement talent development, evaluation, and success planning activities with the HR Leadership team supporting current and future talent needs.

Develop, maintain, and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and other strategic partners.

Drive leadership team in a positive and collaborative approach focusing on a team-based culture.

Think like an owner driving and maintaining a goal-oriented, entrepreneurial environment with legacy business and new business.
