Job Purpose (Including But Not Limited To)
- Install broadband and TV services
- Resolve broadband faults
- Optimize internet speed at customer premises for clients including TalkTalk and BT
- Provide installation, repair, and maintenance of Broadband, Telephony, and TV services
Responsibilities (Including But Not Limited To)
- Complete all work to the required quality standards as per Circet's guidelines and client requirements
- Educate customers on installed services, ensuring satisfaction and proper operation
- Work efficiently, maintaining a clean environment and high customer satisfaction
- Respond professionally to customer requests and inquiries
- Develop professional skills through timely training completion
- Comply with company fleet policy and health and safety regulations
- Operate tools safely and in accordance with environmental regulations
Licensing/Certification: Full manual Driving Licence (required)
Work authorization: United Kingdom (required)
