What you will be doing as a Field Service Controller:
- You will oversee a team of 15+ Regional Engineers, ensuring all customer site work is planned and completed on time.
- You will allocate engineers for scheduled visits and respond to urgent ad hoc requests like repairs and warranty issues.
- You will identify opportunities for additional maintenance and upgrade business, turning customer requests into revenue-generating actions.
- You will prepare service reports, quotations, and ensure all paperwork for PPM jobs is completed accurately.
