We are recruiting for an HR Officer (12 month FTC) for a market leading manufacturer across NI, ROI and England. The successful HR Officer will be based in Toome, County Antrim, and will be responsible for top standard HR delivery practice.

The Role:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: administration of all aspects of recruitment and onboarding processes for vacancies.
  • HR Operations & Compliance: provide HR support and advice across the organisation both in NI & ROI. Maintenance of all employee records.
  • Employee Development & Performance: Assisting line managers in ensuring all probation periods are reviewed in a timely manner, and assisting with coordinating training schedules and materials.
  • Employee Engagement & Relations: Advise on HR & employment law matters. Organise social events and employee engagement activities. Support disciplinary and grievance procedures, ensuring compliance. Monitor and manage employee absenteeism.

The Person:

  • 2 years’ HR experience
  • CIPD qualified or HR related degree (desirable)
  • Experience in managing employee records
  • Practical experience of supporting discipline and grievance processes
  • Capable of working independently and making sound, informed decisions.
