Location: Hybrid (4 days in the head office in South Manchester)

Our services provide ongoing cyber risk management and outsources information security, so that clients can stay protected 24/7. Our expertise spans a wide range of cyber security domains, ensuring our clients remain secure and resilient. We are looking for passionate cyber individuals to join our team and help deliver high quality cyber security solutions and advice to our clients.

Position Overview: Our Cyber Security team play a critical role in implementing and managing our bespoke security services for a diverse portfolio of clients. As a Cyber Security Analyst you will work closely with our team of Consultants to support the delivery of our portfolio of services. This role is not intended to be client-facing, however there will be times when you may need to directly liaise with clients via email and phone.

The successful candidate will be expected to support the delivery team by:

  • Support the cyber security training team by managing launching of training and delivering of reports.
  • Creation and delivery of custom simulated phishing campaigns using our in-house phishing platform.
  • Monitoring and assisting with responding to client queries via phone and email.
  • Monitoring and assisting the analysis of potentially malicious emails from clients.
  • Creation of cyber security policy packs for clients.
  • Managing the building and maintenance of physical vulnerability scanning hardware.

Requirements & Skills: This role is targeted as an entry-level position and so while there are no formal qualification requirements, we are looking for individuals who can demonstrate the following traits:

  • Equally comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail.
  • A passion for IT and cyber security.
  • Capable of managing your own workloads and meeting deadlines.
