Role Summary
This is a senior, strategic role for an experienced marketing leader with a deep understanding of regulated environments and performance-driven marketing. You will lead the development and execution of our client’s full-funnel marketing strategy, ensuring compliance with FCA regulations while driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue. You’ll lead a high-performing team across CRM, content, digital, and videography—using data, creativity, and innovation to accelerate growth and market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Performance Marketing
- Define and deliver Glint’s marketing strategy in line with company goals
- Design segmented campaigns across paid media, organic, content, and CRM
- Lead data-driven decision-making to optimise ROI and user engagement
- Analyse trends and competitor activity to refine growth strategies
- Report performance to executive leadership using clear metrics and insights
- Own and evolve the Glint brand to align with its purpose and audience
- Ensure all brand messaging is consistent across channels and touchpoints
- Manage agency and partner relationships to deliver impactful campaigns
- Drive brand awareness and improve NPS through consistent brand execution
- Oversee digital marketing (social, paid, SEO, email, partnerships)
- Lead and support the team to deliver compelling multimedia content (inc. video)
- Manage newsletter content and distribution strategies
- Lead CRM campaigns and automation to drive retention and upsell
- Work closely with Compliance to meet FCA, GDPR, and Consumer Duty obligations
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Business Development to align messaging
- Influence commercial decisions with marketing data and customer insights
- Build a high-performing, collaborative team culture
- Set objectives and development plans for direct reports
- Provide mentorship, feedback, and upskilling across the team
- Manage freelance and agency partners effectively, on time and budget
- Ensure all marketing materials comply with FCA, TCF, GDPR, and Consumer Duty
- Maintain marketing procedures to uphold regulatory standards
- Work with Compliance team to audit content and stay aligned with industry rules
- Ensure monthly training is completed and compliance feedback is implemented
- Champion “Good Outcomes for Customers” by using NPS data to guide messaging
Skills & Requirements
- Degree in marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role (ideally in fintech or regulated space)
- Deep understanding of FCA, GDPR, Consumer Duty, and financial promotions
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and budgets
- Confident with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
