- Coordinate subcontractors activities
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control
- Read blueprints, schemas and drawings
- Develop and implement quality control programs
- Prepare reports
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
Supervision: 5-10 people
Contractors Experience and specialization:
- Equipment and machinery experience: Hand tools, Industrial, commercial and institutional
