Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate subcontractors activities
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control
  • Read blueprints, schemas and drawings
  • Develop and implement quality control programs
  • Prepare reports
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations

Supervision: 5-10 people

Contractors Experience and specialization:

  • Equipment and machinery experience: Hand tools, Industrial, commercial and institutional

Additional information:

  • Security and safety: Reference required
  • Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence, Willing to travel
