This position involves onboarding asset owner and asset manager clients from a legacy platform to an external one, collaborating with internal stakeholders across global sites.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist senior leadership with project staffing and governance decisions.
- Train others in application use.
- Lead and influence team members in a matrix environment.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and internal management.
- Partner with performance operations to understand client behaviour.
- Understand platform functions (legacy and external).
- Verify performance and risk analytics independently and in teams.
- Interpret and comment on functional testing results.
- Identify and resolve production issues before and after migration.
- Provide client migration updates and assist with prioritisation.
- Present findings and solutions at stakeholder meetings.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Experience with institutional clients and performance, attribution, and analytics software (e.g., FactSet).
- Understanding of systems/software development lifecycle.
- Proficiency with office productivity software.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
