Design Manager or Senior Design Manager - Data Centre Projects – Guaranteed Bonus (Role will be a mix of remote working and site visits). Previous Data Centre project experience is essential.

COMPANY: My client is a leading building contractor, with a busy and fast-growing workload. As a result of securing further new projects, this employer is looking to strengthen their team further with the appointment of a Design Manager to work on multi-million-pound Data Centre projects.

REQUIREMENTS: To be considered for this Design Manager role you must meet the following criteria:

  • Knowledge of Building Sector.
  • Previous employment as a Design Co-ordinator, D&B Coordinator, D&B Manager, Design Manager.
  • Architecture or Design Engineering backgrounds also considered.
  • Previous experience on Data Centre projects is essential.
  • Role will involve a mix of Tender stage and live works duties.
  • Ideally previous Main Contractor employment.
  • High level of communication skills.
  • Relevant industry qualification (Degree / HND / HNC etc).
  • Flexibility to travel / visit sites nationwide.

REMUNERATION: The successful Design Manager will receive:

  • Competitive Basic (Dependant on experience)
  • Car Allowance
