The project! As a Visual Merchandiser you will be an ambassador of the brand to ensure consistency, quality and implementation of all Window and Store environments in your area.

What will the role entail?

  • Assist in creating engaging in-store and window experiences that reflect the brand’s DNA and connect with customers.
  • Support the implementation of visual merchandising principles to balance brand identity with commercial and operational needs.
  • Help execute visual merchandising strategies for our retail stores.
  • Work alongside the international commercial team to support store openings and renovations, providing assistance via digital tools and in-person visits.
  • Implement visual direction across stores in your region with guidance from senior team members.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance in-store training and innovation, ensuring brand principles are reflected in all visual merchandising efforts.
  • Assist with window display needs and contribute to bringing concepts to life.
  • Monitor store displays across locations, gathering feedback and ensuring consistency.
  • Support the development of the store brand ambassadors to maintain high merchandising standards.
  • Help execute global visual merchandising guidelines in showrooms and brand events.
  • Work with marketing teams to enhance brand experiences during events.

Requirements:

  • Ability to travel.
