This is an exciting, brand-new role based within a highly creative design and branding agency with an excellent reputation. They are seeking a motivated individual to work closely with the design team to quickly edit and bring their videos to life. This role would suit someone with at least 6 monthsβ experience in a similar position who has creativity but also a strength in the technical side. The position can be considered on a part-time basis for someone more experienced.
Your role will involve:
- Working closely with the designers on their ideas and storyboarding
- Managing all aspects of video post-production, including editing, colour correction, sound design and final export
- Creating and implementing visual effects, transitions and lower thirds to elevate video content
- Optimising video content for different platforms and devices, considering aspect ratios, file sizes and best practices
- Maintaining organised project files and assets, ensuring efficient workflows and timely project delivery
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, software advancements and new techniques in motion design and video editing
- Providing creative input and problem-solving solutions throughout the production process
- Possessing a strong understanding of design principles, typography and visual aesthetics
You will be the ideal candidate due to your:
- Experience in a similar role, ideally gained within an agency
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Skills within: Adobe suite - After Effects / Premier Pro / Photoshop / Illustrator
- Ideally experience in Cinema 4D / Blender
